Rules of engagement and fees.
We’re straight shooters with four main rules of engagement. They’re simple and reflect who we are:
We will only work for you if we believe in your innocence.
We will only work for you if we believe we can add value and you agree. If we don’t agree, we’ll go our separate ways, but we will try to point you in the right direction first.
We are not lawyers; we work exclusively for you. We will communicate and work directly with you, not via a third party.
We will maintain complete confidentiality before, during and after the engagement.
Our fees —
We save you time and
money on your defence.
We work on a retainer basis with different fee levels depending on the type of case and how much work we both agree we should take on.
As a commercial organisation we charge accordingly, although we are mindful of helping you save costs wherever possible. By cutting through the red tape and focusing on the critical issues we can make a real difference and potentially save you a substantial amount of money, time and sanity. We know this because we were able to save significant time and costs on our own defence.
